Saporo is building a new category in Identity Security Posture Management, helping organizations identify and eliminate identity-driven attack paths across hybrid environments. 

We are looking for a Head of Sales, Americas to lead and scale our commercial efforts in the region. This is a hands-on role combining direct sales execution with ownership of sales strategy, process, and early team foundations. 

This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with product, engineering, and solutions engineering. 

Ce que vous ferez

  • Own and execute Saporo’s sales strategy across the Americas

  • Lead complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers

  • Build and manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution

  • Partner with solutions engineering to deliver high-impact demos and customer engagements

  • Act as a key feedback loop between customers and product leadership

  • Help define sales processes, tooling, and future hiring needs

  • Represent Saporo with customers, partners, and at selected industry events

Ce que vous apportez

  • Proven experience selling B2B or security software to enterprise customers

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Comfort operating as an early sales leader in a growing company

  • Strong consultative selling skills and strategic account management.

  • Credibility with senior security and technical stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.

  • Ability to navigate complex deals and shorten sales cycles.

  • Highly self-organized and comfortable in a remote environment.
