We’re growing quickly across Europe and beyond, and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help scale our marketing engine and accelerate Saporo’s go-to-market trajectory. This is a hybrid position for candidates based in Switzerland, combining remote flexibility with regular collaboration from our Lausanne office.
You will report directly to the Co-founder and CEO, working closely with the product, sales, and design teams to drive measurable growth across channels — from acquisition to retention.

Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid, organic, SEO, content, referrals, partnerships, webinars) to generate qualified leads.
Run A/B and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies (email, in-product, nurture flows) to drive engagement and retention.
Own and report on key funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, payback period) — turning insights into actionable plans.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design onboarding experiences, referral loops, and growth features.
Develop content and SEO strategies that position Saporo as a thought leader in identity cybersecurity.
Manage and scale paid acquisition budgets across relevant channels.
Oversee field marketing initiatives and event-based lead generation.
Contribute to Saporo’s brand narrative, ensuring messaging consistency and impact across all digital channels.
Help structure Saporo’s growth marketing stack (analytics, automation, reporting tools) to support rapid experimentation and scalability.
Ce que vous apportez
2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
Proven track record of designing and scaling growth strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with experimentation, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and other growth and analytics platforms.
Both creative and data-driven — able to move quickly from idea to experiment to scale.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.
