We are looking for an experienced Director of Professional Services to lead and scale Saporo’s global delivery organization. This is a remote role, but we’re looking for someone based in Europe, ideally in France or French-speaking Switzerland, to stay closely aligned with our customers and team.
You will play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy, building a world-class services team, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our technology by enterprise customers.
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CTO and Co-founder, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure every Saporo customer achieves measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Define and lead Saporo’s global professional services and delivery strategy.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers.
Oversee customer onboarding, deployment, and ongoing advisory engagements.
Develop and standardize delivery methodologies, processes, and documentation.
Act as an executive sponsor for strategic enterprise customers and complex projects.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide structured feedback from the field.
Track, analyze, and improve KPIs such as project success rate, customer satisfaction, and delivery efficiency.
Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions and roadmap planning.
Ce que vous apportez
10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or cybersecurity leadership roles.
Deep technical understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Strong background in cybersecurity, particularly around identity and access management (IAM).
Proven success managing enterprise-level engagements and delivery teams across multiple regions.
Fluent in French (mandatory) and English.
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity startup environment.
