At Saporo, we help organizations defend against identity-driven attacks by uncovering and reducing hidden access risks across Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace, AWS, and Okta. Our platform transforms complex security relationships into clear, prioritized actions that make networks more resilient.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between product, sales, and the market — turning technical innovation into clear, compelling stories that resonate with security and IT professionals.
You’ll report directly to the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer, working closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to define positioning, manage launches, and communicate Saporo’s unique value. This is a mid-level, hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s confident executing go-to-market plans but also wants to grow strategically under close mentorship and leadership exposure.
What you will do
Develop and refine Saporo’s product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across our product lines and audience segments.
Collaborate with the CPO and product team to translate new features into clear, customer-centered narratives and launch materials.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and launches, coordinating across product, engineering, and sales.
Create and maintain sales enablement materials — product decks, competitive briefs, case studies, one-pagers, and demo scripts.
Partner with demand gen and sales to produce high-quality, relevant content (blogs, website copy, email campaigns, thought leadership).
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform both marketing and product direction.
Track and report on product marketing performance, launch impact, and content engagement.
What you bring
2–6 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or technical marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Ability to understand and communicate technical and security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience turning complex features into simple, impactful stories and visuals.
Strong writing and communication skills — comfortable crafting everything from launch announcements to sales enablement decks.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Linear, Figma, and Framer (or similar CMS).
Familiarity with modern go-to-market workflows and customer lifecycle management.
Highly collaborative mindset, with comfort working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
Self-driven, adaptable, and curious — thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving startup environment.
What we offer
Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
Comprehensive health insurance (for US employees).
Generous paid time off: 25 vacation days + 10 public holidays annually for all employees.
Remote-first culture — work from anywhere in Europe (or compatible time zones).
Direct collaboration and mentorship from the Co-founder & CPO, with exposure to high-level product and company strategy.
Opportunity to shape Saporo’s story and voice at a formative stage of growth.
A mission-driven, low-ego team dedicated to making cybersecurity more understandable and actionable.
