Saporo is a Swiss cybersecurity company that helps organizations proactively strengthen their identity infrastructure and reduce attack paths before attackers can exploit them. Our graph-based analysis platform enables organizations to understand complex identity environments, prioritize actions, and continuously improve their security posture — without adding operational overhead. We’re growing fast across Europe and North America, and we’re looking for motivated BDR Interns to join our Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of modern B2B sales in a fast-scaling cybersecurity startup.
What you will do
- Conduct research to identify target accounts and key stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and identity security. 
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative prospecting methods. 
- Support the sales team in booking qualified meetings and building pipeline in target regions. 
- Craft personalized messaging and sequences adapted to different industries and personas. 
- Track and update prospects in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data quality and pipeline visibility. 
- Collaborate with Marketing to share field insights and help refine campaigns. 
- Support events, webinars, and campaigns as needed to generate leads. 
- Learn modern B2B sales tools and workflows (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools, etc.). 
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) or above — preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
- Fluent in French, English, or German, depending on your assigned region (one language mandatory; multilingual is a strong plus). 
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about B2B SaaS and cybersecurity. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Comfortable reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and handling objections. 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, international, startup environment. 
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
