Saporo is building the next generation of Identity Security Posture Management. Our platform helps organizations understand and eliminate identity-driven attack paths across on-prem and cloud environments using graph-based analysis.
As we expand our go-to-market presence in the Americas, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in building pipeline and establishing Saporo with security teams across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Americas and working closely with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering.
What you will do
Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers across mid-market and enterprise segments
Execute structured outbound and inbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect environments and security challenges
Clearly position Saporo’s value proposition and determine qualified next steps
Work closely with Sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and refine outreach strategies
Maintain accurate activity, qualification, and pipeline data in the CRM
Provide structured feedback from the market to help refine messaging and positioning
What you bring
1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound B2B SaaS sales
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline through cold and warm outreach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
