Product Manager

At Saporo, we help defenders stay ahead of attackers by giving them visibility into their most critical asset — their identity and access relationships. Our platform models and analyzes complex environments such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and cloud infrastructures to uncover and prioritize attack paths before they can be exploited.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about cybersecurity, problem-solving, and building intuitive products that make complex security data actionable. You’ll report directly to the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer and work closely with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver features that help customers strengthen their security posture.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has already worked in a product role — ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity — and wants to grow into a more strategic position in a fast-paced, technical startup.

What you will do

  • Translate Saporo’s product vision into actionable, well-defined requirements and user stories.

  • Work closely with the CPO to manage and prioritize the roadmap, balancing customer impact and technical complexity.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design (using Linear and Figma) to guide features from concept to release.

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities.

  • Own the delivery process — ensuring new capabilities are shipped with high quality and clear communication.

  • Partner with marketing and sales to refine messaging and ensure product-market fit.

  • Help measure and improve product performance and customer adoption metrics.

What you bring

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS or technical product environment.

  • Strong ability to understand technical systems — ideally products involving APIs, data, or cloud infrastructure.

  • Curiosity and motivation to learn about cybersecurity, identity, and attack surface management.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Experience working with tools like Linear, Figma, and HubSpot.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and equity.

  • Comprehensive health insurance (for US employees).

  • 25 days PTO + 10 public holidays per year.

  • Remote-first culture (Europe preferred).

  • Direct mentorship and growth under the Co-founder & CPO, with strong exposure to product strategy.

  • A collaborative team with deep expertise in engineering, cybersecurity, and design.

  • Opportunity to shape a product that protects some of the world’s most critical organizations from identity-driven threats.
